* Animation team need more Programmes .They Should Have A Place To Perform Their Shows And To Be Known By Every Guest One Day You Find Them in The Roman Theater Other Day In The Lobby So As A Guest You Are Confused You Will Not Know Where To Find The Shows.The Night Time Is Too Calm Need More Activities * Beach it may not be perfect for most people, The main pool is too cold that nobody could use it!

I would say that the service was good, many options in the food and with acceptable quality for an all inclusive hotel. The price-quality was really good and also during Christmas time.

One afternoon a guy from maintenance started to fumigate the whole outdoor area with a lot of people in the bars and for a couple of hours was quite difficult to breathe and also for the eyes. Something else to add, the cocktails were all prepared so the quality was not so good (I tried only 2 cocktails and after that I changed only to beer (and only from bottle))

Nice and clean facilities. I recommend snorkeling. There they rent the masks at 5 euros for the whole day. Food OK.

The whole hotel was fumigated at 5pm with some very strong-smelling chemicals. They fumigated even while we were in the open-air bar. We could not drink the drinks because they were contaminated and the clothes smelled of the fumigation. As in all Egypt, they have an obsession to ask immediately the country of origin... we felt a remarkable discrimination when saying our nationalities (all from Latin America).

Staff and management flawless, definitely 5-star. Communication before arrival very efficient via email. Special thanks to Mr Mohamed the manager - I had 2 joint reservations and due to a mix-up with my card Booking canceled 2 nights of my stay few days before arrival. The situation was resolved without any hassle, quickly. Free airport transfers included for my deluxe room. A complimentary dinner for all-inclusive costumers at an a la carte restaurant. We ate at the sea food one and the food was to die for. Gardens and grounds of the hotel absolutely beautiful and huge, quiet, gorgeous landscaping. Cleanliness everywhere! But be prepared for walking, we did 5-7 km a day just by walking inside the resort! Beach it may not be perfect for most people, but I liked it. At shore it’s more like dusty and rocky, in the back it’s sandier. There are comfortable beach beds, enough for all guests. Free quality beach towels. The entrance in the sea is rocky, but didn’t need water shoes. Sea also not ideal for everyone, but I liked it. It’s shallow and not good for swimming, but for kids and people that like to fool around in water it’s perfect. If a good swimmer you can swim at the rim of the reef, very beautiful views for snorkeling or diving. I would recommend a trip to Ras Mohamed Park, but if not possible, this reef is also great. NYE dinner was included (100$/p if not). It was the best NYE party we attended in a hotel, incredible food, good drinks and great party. The only complaints: no fireworks and no champagne at midnight. Free WiFi in our room was OK. Don’t know about the rest of the hotel because we had a local sim. There are guys on the beach that sell services, but I didn’t feel hassled. Maybe only the first day they bothered me more, but If I said “no” I was left alone. I actually got a boat trip to Ras Mohamed Park which was great and a massage package for my husband that was also great. Both services were wanted by us and we didn’t feel compelled to buy.

Overall a very relaxing stay, exactly what we wanted. It’s very difficult to make this review and give a ratting because my 7-night stay consisted of both perfect and disappointing aspects. The disappointing ones were: 1. The room – huge, we got their most expensive one, the “deluxe room”, front row to the sea. It looked 30 years old, no upgrades have been done in at least a decade or two. The furniture, the bathroom, everything looked very old and shabby. There were stains and scratches everywhere. The bathtub had black stains on the bottom. Not deluxe at all. If I had known, I would have gotten a cheaper standard room, especially since it was not located directly on the sea shore and if we left the drapes open everyone passing by could see in our room. It’s more a beach view, not a sea view. No plug in the bathtub so could not use it for a romantic bath with my husband. So, none of the reasons I got this room were satisfied (luxury feel, view, bathtub), so I would not recommend this type of room, it’s not worth the extra money. 2. Breakfast – horrible and poor quality, I barely found what to eat, although the variety was high. Had better breakfasts in much cheaper accommodations. No real coffee, just ness that tastes horrible. Lunch was Ok, nothing special, but dinner was usually great. Overall food was very varied, but not best quality. 3. Hot water was unreliable and we had 2 days without it at all and not very hot in the rest. Showered on New Year’s Eve before the party with cold water. Unacceptable in a “5star”. 4. Big pool not heated and not usable in December. Only 2 small and shallow pools heated, but crowded and full of kids. No indoor pool. 5. Farr from city (Old town and Shark’s bay) – but Sharm is located on 40 km, so unless you stay in those two areas, your hotel will be far.

I liked the beach and everything there with the activities it was very fun.

The sand was hard, and not a lot of waiters come to the beach. Limited choices of snacks on the beach.

Lots of choice. Fresh fruit drink available. Croissants fresh. Many cheeses to choose from. Coffee pot available. The boiled eggs were very welcome.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the design and facilities of the hotel was good enough.

The food varieties were not much but ok, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Room's toilet. Although it was spacious and clean, yet there was somehow bad smell coming out from it... Toiletiers are of very bad quality especially shampoo and shower gel. The water flow was somehow weak.. I did not report that as i was in a very short vacation so did not want to waste time either in moving to another room or to request maintenance.

Subject: Top value for your money We had a great vacation at Parrotel. There are things you should be aware: 1.- Yes, there are crépes (aka pancakes) and eggs (scrambled etc). The special place on the left of the entrance of the main restaurant is where you will find them. They are available for breakfast every day. 2.-Try the Humus, it is delicious 3.-If you miss anything, the staff will always make it for you. 4.-Try the FISH its delicious in every way they cooked it!! Squids were great too 5.-Take the daily boat trip. You will not regret it. It is the best cost-benefit day trip we ever took, extremely great experience. 6.-Massage service is recommended if you like it, its relaxing. 7.- Swimming pools are nice, clean and you can find special ones for babies and toddlers, teenagers and adults Staff was always friendly (extremely friendly at times :), but always in a nice matter. The hotel was always clean. The room was decent and clean. They were as well making renovations, so some rooms may still be not totally modern new, but the staff will easily settle this and change room or anything else you wish to make your stay great. The best part was indeed the beach and Corals. You can swim with fishes (small on the beach, bigger in the coral reef ) every day and of course, snorkel. We did not go to the AquaPark but if you are interested, it is 15 USD entrance. In overall, it was worth to take 2 planes to arrive to a lovely place. Regarding cash (in overall in Egypt) the prices are mainly in USD but they convert to EURO as well. You can exchange in the terminals at the airport. We felt secure, taking care of and we had a good time. Animation team was awesome and always did their best to include guests in the daily activities and to make sure everyone is entertained. If you are searching for a relaxed stay, this is the place to go.

Great coral reef. Delicious food in the restaurant. Fantastic guys at the lobby, beach bar and at the main restaurant. Wi-fi in the room was OK.

Our room was near the service room and the maintenance staff made some noise just after lunch (it was not their fault, they had to take things from there.

The resort was amazing, the staff specially is beyond helpful and really keen to make your stay enjoyable. Rooms are spacious. The beach and pools are nice.

Nothing serious or wouldn’t make me go again but few subjective points. Drinks can be better. Also if you have kids or elders don’t book a sea view room ask for a room near the main restaurant coz it is a long walk.

Only the location was good

The quality of the food was poor and no variety. The bathrooms were not clean. The hotel was not good for a five star rating.

- Staff Are Nice and Friendly. - Food was Very Good and there are Varity in food. - Beach, and pool is very good.

- I delay more than one hour for housing and my room was not ready until 3.15 pm - Electricity Cut once during night and it was very hot can't sleep the whole night. - Room service is not very good. - Animation team is normal.

Everything Food is perfect , the staff is very professional and very kind . Mr assem was kind at the reception office. Mr tamer helps us a lot and regulates our stay very well . Very good animation team . Sea and pool were amazing . We enjoy our stay very much and we will certainly come again .
